Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Booked N Paid UK Limited, trading as Booked & Paid (company number 16859027) ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit bookedandpaid.info, respond to our advertising, or join our free training community. We are the data controller for the information described below and can be reached at george@bookedandpaid.info. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, social handle, and any answers you provide in a form, application or survey.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page and other usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Advertising data: where you arrived from an ad (for example Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Google), we may receive campaign, click and conversion identifiers.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, chat or inside the community.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.
2. How we use your information
- To give you access to the free training community and its content.
- To send you emails, messages or reminders about the training and our services.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To measure, operate and improve our website, content and advertising.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where UK/EU data protection law applies, we rely on: your consent (for marketing messages and non-essential cookies), contract (to provide the community access you requested), legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve our business), and legal obligation where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Advertising, Meta and third-party tools
We advertise on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We may use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, along with similar tools from other platforms, to understand how people interact with our ads and website, to measure results and to show relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views or sign-ups) with the platform, which may use it in accordance with its own privacy policy and its data processing terms with us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who act on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and CRM platforms, community platforms, analytics and advertising partners, and professional advisers — and with authorities where the law requires it.
You can control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings, and adjust cookie choices in your browser. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. UK and EU residents may complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email us at the address below.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions or requests: george@bookedandpaid.info.
10. UK cookie consent (PECR)
Our traffic is primarily UK-based, so we apply UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Non-essential cookies and tracking — including the Meta Pixel and any analytics — are blocked until you give consent through our cookie banner. You can accept all, reject all, or choose categories, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. We record the date and version of your choice so we can evidence consent.
Marketing emails are only sent where you have opted in or where the soft opt-in applies, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
11. Platform disclaimer
This site is not a part of Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not endorsed by Facebook or Meta in any way. Facebook and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
